Our Process
BOOKKEEPING PROJECT
- Initial free consultation where we discuss your business, your current bookkeeping status or lack thereof and analyze the pain points of it all. Every business needs a clean set of books to understand how profitable their business is and find ways to improve profit margins.
- We will then send you a detailed email requesting access to your QuickBooks file (if applicable) and pdf statement of the last 2 months for the business bank and credit card accounts. We charge a $150 fee for a thorough QuickBooks diagnostic that is applied towards the project quote if accepted. After reviewing the file, we will send you a proposal for the project with an estimated time frame of completion.
- A 50% deposit will be requested (less the diagnostic fee) before beginning the project.
- Towards the end of the bookkeeping cleanup we send you a list of questions we came up throughout and schedule a phone call to clarify it all.
- Once the questions are answered we finalize the project and send you the updated QuickBooks file and a detailed income statement, balance sheet and any other report you might need.
- Upon completion we bill you for the outstanding balance of the project
- We schedule a phone call if necessary, to answer any questions pertaining to the updated QuickBooks file of your business and advice on how to proceed going forward.
MONTHLY BOOKKEEPING
Before beginning our monthly bookkeeping services, it usually requires a bookkeeping project to bring it up to date which would then allow us to continue at a monthly basis.
- Initial free consultation where we discuss your business, your current bookkeeping status or lack thereof and analyze the pain points of it all.
- We will then send you a detailed email requesting access to your QuickBooks file and pdf statement of the last 2 months for the business bank and credit card accounts.
- After reviewing your file, we will send you an email with a detailed breakdown of the monthly fee for managing your business’s financials.
- Once the proposal is accepted we begin to provide our monthly bookkeeping services which will save you valuable time so you can focus on growing your business.

QUICKBOOK TRAININGS
- You do the bookkeeping for a business, but you keep on having QuickBooks questions and you’re not sure if your books are accurate. This is where we come in to the picture. We start with a free consultation where you describe your bookkeeping pain points and tell us more about your business and how its run.
- We request access to your QuickBooks file so we can review the scope of training required to help you bring your books up to date and utilize QuickBooks for your business.
- We schedule a time for us to come down to your office (if business is within 20 miles of our office) or use screen sharing software like TeamViewer or Anydesk. We schedule training in 2- or 3-hour increments.
- After training is complete, we gladly answer all questions you may come up with over the next couple of weeks as work on cleaning up your books.
